Monday and Tuesday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am to 3:45pm, and Friday 8:00am to noon. We're closed on weekends. The early Wednesday and Thursday start is on purpose: it gets a lot of our students in and out before school.

Yes. Text (770) 742-2882 and a real person on our team will answer during office hours, usually within a few minutes. Texting works well for rescheduling, quick questions about your aligners, or sending us a photo of a bracket you're worried about. Email works too, and for anything urgent, please call.

We open at 7:30am on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and our latest appointments run until 5:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Those early and late slots do tend to fill fast, so if your family needs them, mention it when you book and we'll keep you on a consistent time. Adjustment visits take 20 to 30 minutes, which fits before a first-period bell or a 9:00 meeting.

For a poking wire, press a bit of orthodontic wax over the end or gently push it flat with a pencil eraser. For a loose bracket, leave it on the wire and avoid sticky food. Call or text us when convenient and we'll schedule you in for an appointment, usually within a day or two. If you're in pain, have swelling, or something in your mouth is bleeding and won't stop, call the office immediately.
