1. Let’s Get to Know Each Other
The first visit to a doctor’s office can sometimes be nerve-wracking, especially for kids. But, your first visit to Evergreen Orthodontics will be completely painless, easy, and even enjoyable!
At your first free consultation, you’ll be welcomed by our team, introduced to expert orthodontist Dr. Alena Lotz, and shown around our Smyrna office.
Our highly-trained, orthodontic treatment coordinator will then take some digital photographs of your teeth. These images are the best way for us to see your teeth, jaws, and facial soft tissue.
2. Creating Your Custom Treatment Plan
After reviewing your records, Dr. Lotz will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan.
Dr. Lotz will point out specific areas of concern and show you what kind of corrections you can expect by showing photos and videos of similar cases.
Dr. Lotz will take as much time as you need to answer your questions and decide what kind of treatment is best for you. Dr. Lotz and her assistant will then walk you through the process.
We will explain everything—from scheduling to expected discomfort levels, finances and payment options.
3. Start Your Treatment the
Same Day
Your orthodontic journey will take a series of visits to Evergreen Orthodontics. We value the relationship we’ll build with your family through your treatment process, and Dr. Alena Lotz wants you to feel confident that you’re receiving the best care possible.
